She is very nice, she does not give us a hard time and she always communicates with us. When we need to sign a document, she contacts us right away & she helps us a lot to make our dream come true.

It was a very difficult loan but Jennifer got us to closing which was pretty much a miracle!

Communication needs a little work but overall I had a good experience. Chad was patient Jennifer was kind and supportive
