Everyone was extra patient with me throughout the process. I was unfamiliar with many things and had some uncommon financial situations that required extra paperwork. Jennifer and Chad made sure I knew every step and why it was needed.

Not waiting until last minute on things, and blaming others for tasks not being completed or lost
