The only thing that I was concerned about was the closing cost kept changing.
Ty is what made it great. Even when there were stupid issues with the credit reporting bureau regarding my score (really, I should have more debt), he took care of us.
Everything was made extremely easy and the line of communication was always open when I needed it. Ryan was also quick to answer questions and explained everything thoroughly.
