Persistence, attention to detail and convenience
Ken was open and honest about the process, what it meant for my existing loan, and how I could benefit refinancing. He was very responsive to any email or call I made, making sure I knew he was staying up to date on the progress.
very easy process, Chris was always quick with answers or solutions . He was also very patient with us as sometimes we aren't the best at getting to things in a timely manner
