Ken went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept informed during the process of refinancing. His coordination was key during delays due to subordination issues and i really appreciated it.
the docu-sign app never did work for me. their app did not work with email and the app did not have my correct phone number. no phone number was available for me to resolve the problem.. no one ever called to try to help me resolve the issue....
