Mr. Ambalu worked hard to ensure I received the best interest rate possible. Remained accessible during the process. Worked diligently to resolve any issues along the way.
Many headaches and got the run around. I was doing an IRRL refi which is the easiest to do. Lack of customer service and professionalism. I do not recommend.
