Communication was excellent
I had the pleasure working with Ken for the second time. Ken was very helpful explaining the process and answering all of my questions. I plan on working with Ken in the future and would recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage.
Even though this process took months to handle Chris and the team were always able to reply with information and help out with any Answers that I had I was confident that it was eventually going to get done
