Very upfront customer service
Kenneth was very helpful and accomadating. He answered all my questions quickly. He helped me understand the process. He had the patience to explain numerous times anything I did not understand.
Honestly Kenneth was the best part of the whole experience. After it left Ken and went to the title company it was downhill.
