He would be rude when we asked questions and kept saying "As I previously said..." which comes off condescending. He seemed annoyed when we questioned fees.
Chris and Mickey were great to work with. This is our 2nd time working with Chris. We were very happy when he answered to phone. We were kept in the loop at every turn. We will be back if we need to refinance again.
Professional work fast and verygood customer service
Closing agent said the March 1 payment would not be taken out of checking, but it was. Waiting for refund check now. Glad I had enough in checking to cover it.Paperwork was incomplete at closing. Had to make copies myself to complete the package....

Ken and jennica was great and helped me to understand step by step
I will point out i was sent official documents that were inaccurate. I was however given a choice to reschedule my signingnas a result and decided it would have been more inconvenient to wait, rather than just confirm the documents at the signing....

Thanks for saving us $500 per month.
Very simple, every step was well explained, convenient to sign some of the documentation on line and then the attorney came to my home for the physical signatres which made for no interuption in my work schedule.
Everything was explained without going into super details. It was simple and needed to know bases before signing away.
I was previously with Planet Home, but choose to go to a different lending to do a cash out refi. After only a few months I came back to Planet Home as they were able to provide a lower interest rate. The team was great and always in contact...
