We were given a lower rate and everything was done on a timely matter.
Great communication, excellent attention to customers' needs, and quick response.
Closed loan quickly. Got us more than other lenders and lower interest.
Ken is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, direct and very helpful. The experience he created for me has ensured that I will be returning to PHL for my next mortgage. Thanks for everything, Ken.
Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Always had good and timely communication. Whole process completed faster than expected.
The communication. If I had any questions, I did not feel like a bother to call him about anything. He also checked up on us to make sure we understood what was going on and double check that we’re ok with changes made etc.
Great communication, knowledgeable, helpful and speedy with closing.
