When I had a problem, Chris and Doris were on it immediately.
It was fine. It just took much longer than expected. The loan processor missed a couple items that were sent and only informed me that she couldn’t find them after I checked on progress. I know everyone is busy though.

If it wouldn’t have taken twice as long as everyone else’s. Or if I would’ve been answered by Evelyn when I sent messages and phone calls. Some basic questions would get asked five times so it makes you feel like you’re not really being listened...
