Thank you JC. I think that part of what makes our process so smooth is that besides the experience of my team, we run the first leg of the race as hard as we can...meaning we make a point of gathering together all of the documentation early...

Chad always got back to us very quickly. He was thorough in explaining our options and reached out to us to offer a lower interest rate at pretty much the last minute. I will certainly recommend him.
