    I think there should be a check list given to a applicant at the beginning of the process and when the items on The check list are done then you move forward with loan process I think it would make then easier on the staff and the applicant

    Gulf Coast Bank made my home buying experience stress free. There was so much I didn't understand but they willingly helped me. If I had a question there was more than one representative available. Sara and her staff were very professional.
