    The whole process was a little long. But, overall in the end it worked out. And we finally got what we needed in the whole mess we had to deal with (outside of Embrace). Thank you to Lorne and Embrace for being willing to work with us!

    Bruce was very responsive whenever we needed something on short notice. He also told us about the new Approved to Move program and got us set up for that which I think ultimately swayed the seller to accept our offer.
