Chris, thanks for being so responsive throughout the loan process.

Bruce advised us through many offers and a 2.5 year epic quest to find our new house. There were a lot of nuances and he deftly managed it all; his advice on a HELOC (that was not even one we had gotten with him) literally saved us thousands....
