Very knowledgeable!

Bruce walked me through each and every step along the way. I never felt like I was missing information or wasn’t being kept up to date. He makes the complicated easy to understand.

Bruce was very diligent and communicative throughout the process. He is knowledgable and hand, we have worked with him for both a new home purchase and previous refinancing and have been very pleased each time.

Poor telephone skills. Very disorganized with the data i provided for my mortgage application. Multiple request for the same data. Mass confusion over the on line system they use to download documents.
