Luminate Bank - Smithtown, NY

Great experience

Very pleased with the professionalism not only from Gregg but also from his staff. Always ready and available for any questions you may have.

Rich makes himself available at all times for questions and does everything possible to make the process easy. I’ve worked with him twice over the past 1-1/2 years and would do so again! Note please do not use my full name on social media and/or...

Second time working with Rich. Always a smooth process. Great communication. Very easy to work with. A no stress transaction. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Rich for getting all of this done in a virtual and chaotic time!!!

Rich made the process seem effortless.

Richard Sciarrone is very polite, and attentive to clients needs and concerns. He does business very quick. He does not give rounds arounds. I will do business with him any time in the future and will refer him without any hesitations,

Rich was excellent! I highly recommend him, he was courteous and professional, and extremely responsive and was able to meet all the sellers crazy deadlines.

Rich is the best! This is the 3rd mortgage I worked with on him. He makes everything so easy and is truly invested in helping you make the best choices.
