Everyone involved with the transaction was extremely efficient, well-prepared and pleasant to work with. Every email was answered in a timely fashion. Buying the house was stressful but very little about the mortgage process was.
Charley is a great communicator and made sure we were informed at every step of the process. She was always available to answer any questions we had! She also got us a great rate!
