Worst communication I have ever had from a company.

2nd Refi and went as smooth as butter. Worked through the process together. And with COVID-19 the closing was safely conductecd with everyone's health at the forefront.

Have used Mark at least 4 times now. Always gets the job done and it's clear when you speak to him he puts together a deal that always is best for your needs... That's the way it should always be..

It seemed they there were a lot of details that were overlooked in the closing process. I personally had to spend a lot of time trying to reconcile documents, etc. It didn’t seem like an organized process I would willingly sign up for again....
