Replying questions immediately

Brian's and Amber's level of responsiveness and communication was well above expectation. Really made a very stressful transaction (due to the seller) much better. Plus I was confident in Brian helping us secure the best rate possible.

Scott and his team were amazing. My situation was unique and somewhat complicated, however, his team was able to get it done! There customer service skills (proactive follow up and status emails), were second to none. I would definitely work...

Richard was great but the supporting team needs some work. Proof reading and cross checking think before initiating contact requesting items already sent. Time management keeping better record keeping.

Prompt responses, professional and very helpful.

The service provided by NJ Lenders was above and beyond. The team at NJ Lenders ensures they are doing everything in their power to help and get the best deal for you!

Lisa has been extremely helpful since day one. I will highly recommend Lisa to anyone I can.

NJ Lenders was able to get me a competitive rate on my loan! Even my real estate agent was impressed.

Speed and efficiency

Always easy to get in contact with and answered my questions immediately, could not be any happier with how easy they made the process especially for a first time home buyer! Very professional and friendly as well!
