The Communication is clear and consistent. Someone is always available to answer my questions. And the app let me know if I was up-to-date on all outstanding tasks.

Keith was great but I was disappointed to receive 30 years mortgage rate instead of 15 . Company should have adjust to 15 years rate on the date of locked . That was not fair and upsetting.
