Luminate Bank - Delray Beach, FL

Michael is amazing. I will recommend him to everyone i know.

From the first phone call when I asked about rates, to the signing of the final documents, the process was easy. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. I have used Charles Shulman before and will continue...

Mike did an awesome job and made it happen in record time!!!

Everything except the amount of paperwork required was a seamless experience

..........

Charles and his team are the best! They approach every transactions with the client in mind and bring their "A" game every time. I've done multiple transactions with Charles and he will continue to be my first choice in mortgage brokers.

The homebuying process sucks, and you have to be strong willed about what you want in ways that I'm uncomfortable expressing. That said, Michael was always in communication and available to talk about the ebbs and flows of the process in addition...

Charles and his team went above a beyond to do everything possible to get the best rate for us. They made a normally difficult process of applying easy with an all electronic application process.

We got a house!!!

The meticulous attention to detail left nothing unchecked. Lots of personal attention!
