I was hoping that my good credit and lack of debt would contribute to a lower rate than what I was given, but that's my fault for not knowing how this all works.
Jeremy and Jen were great!! We submitted all docs ASAP , so last minute verify requests from underwriter were unreasonable and caused unnecessary stress.
