It was my first mortgage. I was scared and nervous was Andrew was calm, reassuring, thorough, patient and all the time exceptional, helpful and knowledgeable. Outstanding in every way.
Communication was key.. Farryl stayed in touch through the whole process which had a few bumps.. none of which had to do with her work, but she kept us moving along and informed the entire duration.
Andrew was on top of everything and communicated very well. I've financed many homes and this was one of the smoothest mortgage experiences I've ever had.
