Hiring a more competent appraiser to avoid miscommunication and stress for us would have made the closing process smoother after discovering items that needed to be fixed on the house.
Communication, urgency and timely responses. I certainly will recommend Rebekah and Mutuall if Omaha Mortgage!
All my questions were answered very quickly. Everything was explained fully.
