Big delay because of underwriteig in closeing . fixated on a 900.00 dollar a year retirement amount . Held up closeing by a lot over two weeks . Could have saved us over 2000.00 if closed when it was suposed to .

Better communication regarding debts that needed to be refinanced. Also, thought I was the only one applying for the loan.
