The experience went well but there was a curve out of felt field that were not expected when a appraisal was done they wanted work to be completed but it was the dead of winter which just push the loan into spring but that was the only issue...

Big delay because of underwriteig in closeing . fixated on a 900.00 dollar a year retirement amount . Held up closeing by a lot over two weeks . Could have saved us over 2000.00 if closed when it was suposed to .

Not Jordans issue but Amerisave made a mistake in paying my taxes through my escrow which was a big
mess and it took multiple phone calls to get resolved . Was quite chaotic
