Super happy for you all! I noticed you put we didn't close on time but I wanted it to be known this was completely on the sellers of this home and not on me as we would have been finished a month ago :)

Chad explained everything in detail. I'm a visual person and most communication was conducted via email. It was easy for me to see what was happening, what was expected of me, and where we were in the process.

John did a great jo explaining the process to us, and helped us get approved despite unconventional employment circumstances. Would definitely recommend him.
