Good and consistent communication. As far as I could tell, everything was accurate the first time and Aaron was also helpful in explaining the process and any terminology. Kristina was equally helpful and accurate with her part.
Made the loan work when other lenders at Silverton Mortgage wouldn't take the time to find a way to make it work for me.
