Scott was very considerate of our situation and went the extra mile in showing respect and attention.
I appreciated the full process. The app to track progress and documents that I needed to sign was very helpful. Between that and contact with Rodney, communication was top tier.
Rodney Reynolds was honest and straight forward with the process. He was constantly informing us and if we had questions he answered above and beyond. He also was very down to earth and we didn't feel let out or like we were being scammed.
