The team was responsive, kind, and professional. Other lender providers we looked at had spotty customer response times & service, which was not our experience at Guild.

Overall loan process is easy to complete and the staff is very informative about the state of your loan and any other documents needed. The website is also nice and easy to use which is a big deal to me.
