The experience was nice. I wasn’t aware the lender wasn’t from the local area until my closing date. If I would change anything I’d have the lender call to introduce themselves so I could have just known they weren’t local.
It was great, one thing there was an issue with the HOA documents and we had to hear that news from our realtor.
