Alix is a godsend, I can't imagine the lending process being made any more clear, informative and actually fun! She is enormously knowledgeable, beyond personable, always available and took any fear or trepidation out of the home buying process....

Had some communication issues. Also it was told to us to have the hybrid eclose docs signed before we were at the closing but they were sent 10 mins before scheduled closing so we did not have the opportunity to sign before hand.
