Donna dropped the ball big time on our loan. She cost us $600 extra dollars in interest because she let our folder sit on her desk forgotten past the due date.

Donna would not respond to emails or messages after I was approved. She was recommended by Remax which refused to help me also. I feel like If your not going to be spending 100,000 + then you will be ignored.
