What made it great? Dee made it great! Her communication, support, and caring went a very long way! This made a huge difference during a time of new chapters.

I have financed several home in my years. I have never felt so unimportant or this level of service. I like having one contact, having three people to talk to and only get via email is not good service. Maybe that is the way it is due to covid...
