Usila was very patient and helpful. She explained in detail the procedures and processes involved in buying my first home. She even talked me back into buying a home when I got cold feet and almost backed out. Hey team did an outstanding job...

Bill was professional and knowledgeable. My only advice would be to take the time to communicate more often (especially with first time home buyers) we may need more follow up.
