Communication was not timely and it was difficult to determine what was coming next. Timelines were not always clear - for instance, the closing date for mortgage was not clearly defined and was delayed for unknown reasons.

It was a good experience

Great communication, Great Attitude, Wonderful person & A Big Smile always.

Consistency throughout the entire process, communication became scarce towards the end of the transaction.

Teresa tried to make the process be as less stressful as possible Buying a house is very stressful in my opinion and as great as Teresa was I hope that I do not have to go this again for a very long time

Communication with all parties was quick and efficient.

Lana was excellent in all aspects of getting the job done. She explained the process throughly that was easy to understand. Thank you Lana for all your hard work in getting the job done. We are so blessed to be home owners again.
