Helped us the whole way and answered any and all questions we had.

The underwriter was not as communicative as we would have hoped for and could have been clearer in request made. However; Mr. Merren was much more responsive and very helpful with any questions that came up.

Loan process went smoothly

Always responded in a timely manner and answered my calls. Has explained everything that popped up as well as guided me through few concerns I had. Finally, she was extremely quick in correcting things while in escrow signing the documents

Vicky is an excellent communicator and worked hard for my client. We were both very pleased with her professionalism.

Bill Merren and staff were always professional and available. They all went out of their way to accommodate me. Ultimately, my experience was so much better than I ever anticipated. I could not have had a better experience and outcome.

Bill and his team were fantastic to work with during the transaction. Timely updates through out the process and was able to close 5 days earlier than projected since the builder was ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure to work side by side...
