    Erinn always answers her phone and text messages right away. We had a lender previously who would not take the time to explain the process to us and Erinn was able to address all of our concerns and always helped to keep us informed.

    From the 1st phone call when my credit was ran what she was pulling up was not what I had on record. I felt that I was being judged because of a it's because of a lower credit score that she pulled up and I had something completely different....
