    Rob offered a great incentive for our homebuyers that helped us to secure a great buyer. Communication with Rob is always great. He attended the closing and ensured the first time home buyers understood some key information.

    We had a couple of challenges along the way and Tracey handled them all in stride even closing almost a week early. She was very responsive to all communication, and was an integral part of getting this deal to the closing table!
