Erinn was so easy to communicate with and kept us informed during the whole process which alleviated so much stress on my clients!
The whole experience went smoothly. Shelly was able to solve any problems we had with uploading documents. We appreciated her ability to close in a timely fashion.
I have Carpal Tunnel issues with my writing hand and Shelley was able to accommodate my issues with much less actual writing at closing, arranging for most of the documents to be signed electronically.
