How smooth and quick this went as a first time buyer. Prior to this i had only had heard complaints about the home buying process. Our realtor and loan officer made the whole process painless and quite pleasant.
Eric was very quick with responses even outside of office hours. He answered all of my questions with thorough responses and helped me understand the timeline well.
