    Ives was prompt and responsive throughout the entire process. He was an amazing advocate and helped us process the loan but coordinate with escrow.

    From the first meeting to the very last signing, Ives was there advocating for us and working in anyway he could to make the process easy and simple. He was always available for calls or meetings, and was prompt to help on any request.
