Ms. Robinson went above and beyond for me, she worked with me around my schedule and answered every and all questions I had.
I would preferred quicker response to my communication via text, voicemail and email.
I had informed her that I needed a certain amount refunded back to me. It was not conveyed clearly and with enough notice.
