best experience with getting a mortgage that we have ever had with any company. It was mostly on line except for the closing and that was easy, too.
Wes was super helpful and quick with responses.
Everything except the closing was done remotely, even the signatures. Web site was a little clunky, but all questions were answered asap.
Had to resend same information several times but we figured it must’ve been due to Covid that possibly things could be at the office when some of the workers were working at home and not able to get the information possibly
