    This was the easiest mortgage loan I ever closed. Richard was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process. The loan closed fast and with an incredible rate... better than any other quote I received.

    I closed my refinance loan recently.
    Rich was very responsive to emails and calls.
    The numbers in GFE were very close to the final numbers in HUD.
    I had a little issue in getting a final version of HUD on the closing day from Surety lender service...

    Great transaction, quick closing! Every figure stated in the quote ended up being the one on the closing papers. No hidden fees, unlike other agents I dealt with.
