Actually, it was better than ok, but not great. Richard handled all of the obstacles, but there were many. I believe if Allied had been more thorough with the initial application, there wouldn't have been so many problems after the fact.
Michael was very helpful through this whole (confusing) process. Always responded quickly to our questions and walked us through everything. Great guy!
Mike was always there when we weren't sure about something. If he couldn't respond right away we never had to wait long for him to get back to us. We weren't sure of some things and he always led us in the right direction.
