We actually went through our refinance during the COVID-19 pandemic which is an extremely stressful time by itself. Luckily, we had Jeff and team who answered all phone calls, texts, and questions no matter how small.
Brian made the refinance process quick and seem less. He was very attentive and accommodating. Overall a great pleasure to deal with.
