Generally refinancing can be very cumbersome. Tim Cook and his team made refinancing my home a very smooth and straightforward process. I find the electronic documents processing to be very useful.

All my calls were returned an answered. There were quite a few calls. We made a couple of changes the last week an it was granted with no problems. We even closed the deal while we were on vacation in Florida. Great service.
