After a bit of a slow start, we got traction and worked well together the rest of the way to address all documentation requests in a very businesslike, efficient manner. Kristina was proactive in her follow up, resolving loan underwriting conditions...

Attention to detail was excellent. Interest rate was higher than competitors. More of a convenience staying with NAF than shopping around. All and All it was a good experience.
